Assistance

Assisting with furnishings, fixtures, fittings, equipment, meeting and checking deliveries etc. Initial appraisal, inventory and information book. Professional photography. Promoting and advertising your property on web sites and in appropriate media.

Regular visits to your property to make sure all the equipment is working satisfactorily, checking for leaks, security etc.

 

Cleaning

Cleaning, laundry, toiletries, linen changes and making beds. Changing light bulbs, garden and general maintenance, decoration and repairs. Coordinating, meeting and supervising trades people. Liaising with Community of Owners, Local Authorities. Making sure that your property is always ready for arrivals and presented in the best possible manner.

 

Packs

Sourcing and managing holiday or longer rental enquiries, bookings and deposits. Preparing for arrivals and welcome packs

 

Rental Market

If you would like your property marketed for holiday rentals, we will place your listing on at least 10 other commercial web sites which specialise in holiday rentals. These are sites that have been tried and tested recent years and proven to provide a large amount of enquiries. Once we receive an enquiry, we then carry out all the administration, collect deposits & payments, provide directions and arrange a meet & greet. The tenant is then supported by us during the duration of their stay. You do not have to do anything!!
