We work closely with the technical & planning departments in the regions where we offer our homes to assist in blending in to the existing environment. We apply for full permission for your new property before production starts and we can supply a fully " keys in hand" solution.

Unfortunately, the term 'wood cabin' is rather misused in today's market. Land & Sea do not sell sheds masquerading as log homes - a good log building is made from round timber, not planks! We build proper buildings, with all the benefits you would expect from a proper buildings: Longevity, thermal efficiency, structural integrity, a proper roof and proper foundations.

Our Quality Lodges are available in either flat cut style – the Tarragona range - or traditional round timber style – the Andorra range.
