Palace in Infants (C. Real)

Villanueva of the Infants is one of the most beautiful towns, quoted Don Quixote, and is located to 220 km from Madrid.

The building is the old Palace of the Duke of San Fernando. It is dated from the century XIX, and has been restored completely over 10 years under the supervision of National Heritage. It consists of two levels, of moer more than 600 square meters.

In the ground floor has a great enterance central patio of 10 xs 10 meters withsupports with iron columns. The patio totally is covered by a metallic structure in the center is a circular show window of blown glass .

On the fooor of above galleries with balconies to the patio they lead to the rest of rooms. Via the stairs it is possible to be accend from this level to a room that ileads to a terrace and to the corridors that surround the show window that covers the patio.

Much the electrical system as all the plumbing is completely new. The heating is by means of an individual diesel oil boiler that distributes to the heated radiators & tanks for all of the house.
