Falset (pop. 2,600) is the principal village of the comarca of the Priorat, in Catalonia. It has a castle and two palaces (Medinacelli and Azahara).

Fantastic plot close "Bigger" small town about 17 km from Torroja (follow the main road on the way to Gratallops). There you can buy just about everything. On Tuesday mornings is market day on the La Cuartera place. At the Sport Hotel, the only hotel in the region, you can eat very well. On Monday mornings the stores are closed.
