The Pueblo Aumet About 138 hectares (343.62 acres approx.) 15 mins from the coast.

This is best described as a deserted stone built village that you could own outright. Steeped in history !!!

I must admit after 20 years in this business - I have never stood on a property like this one that could be privately owned and for so little money.

Situated off the main road N340 between Hospitalet and L’Ametlla de Mar - Catalunya.

There is a "B" road that winds through the land.

Most of the land is mountains covered with pines and shrub land but there is large area of flat land where the village sits, there are two Masias both in need of renovation and the various other buildings.
