Our latest offer from the beautiful region of Troyan is of a wonderful holiday house situated near the centre of a beautiful mountain village just 20 km. away from the picturesque town of Troyan and 25 km. from the lovely town of Sevlievo.

The holiday house is built on three storeys plus an attic, a basement and provides 384 sq. m. of living area.

The school offers accommodation on 420 sq. m. It is a one storey building with a basement and briefly comprises of six class rooms, a staff room and a dining-room. The flooring in the basement is concrete, the ones on the first floor are wooden, it has plastered walls and nice wooden window-frames.

The school is not well-maintained and it needs a lot of repairing work before being ready to live in - replacing the old flooring with a new one, checking the roof, new rendering, repainting of window-frames, refurbishment and adapting to the new owner’s taste and needs.

This village is very nice and beautiful, it has fresh air, majestic views, many places of interest like the Troyan monastery, which is the biggest tourism attraction in the region, and moreover the settlement is a famous holiday resort, ideal for tourism. What’s more it is appropriate for hunting and fishing, actually a river flows in close proximity to the property.

Local shops, municipality, a post office and a church are all within walking distance. Regular bus transport to the towns of Sevlievo and Troyan are available, too.
