It is not necessary to come to Bulgaria in order to reserve an apartment or sign the preliminary contract.
No company is needed to own an apartment in Riviera Bay Residential Complex.
Riviera Bay Residential Complex: Reservation & Agency Commission
Any apartment in Riviera Bay Residential Complex can be reserved by a non-refundable deposit of 2 000 Euros, payable by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or bank transfer to the bank account of the developer. The buyer is expected to sign a preliminary contact with the development company and to pay the first installment within 14 days after reservation.
BulgarianProperties charge no agency commission for Riviera Bay Residential Complex.

2 000 EUR reservation deposit (non-refundable), which amount shall be deducted from the last installment;
30% first installment within 14 calendar days after reservation on signing the Preliminary contract;
30% second installment on Act 14
